Everything was perfect here in hotel Memories. Very clean room (Deluxe Queen room) with everything you need. Clean and great bathroom, very comfortable bed and room with so many options of room lighting is something new definitely. Jacuzzi was awesome (not private but very enjoying and peaceful). Breakfast is 10/10! Club lounge, bar (thankful for welcome free drinks), reception, everyting is on high level. Cannot go without mentioning one person that told us everything we need to know, every information and all of that was said with a lot of charisma, Francesca! Of course all the other staff is awesome and very professional! For sure, will try to come back again to bring back all the great memories (: Greetings from Belgrade, Serbia!

Amazing hotel. You are greeted with two coupons for a complimentary drink in the hotel bar. The breakfast was exceptional, in addition to that, whatever is leftover they keep outside for guests if they want to snack throughout the day (great for hungry new arrivals as well as lowering food waste). The rooms are very comfortable, we personally had a view on the synagogue. Location is amazing, next to the famous synagogue and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants around. No hotel parking but there is a parking lot very close by with adequate prices, cca 25eur per day

About a year or two ago, they didn't allow you to take food out of the dining area, but this time, my cousin couldn't go for breakfast due to illness, and they let me take food for her. That's what made my stay pleasant. Also, I'm glad they've included waffles on the menu. I'd like to see pancakes soon. The female receptionists were pleasant. The male receptionist on duty on the night of Jan 3rd was good.

The hotel is well located, near the old town and other turistic points, the airport bus transfer and other city transports. The staff at the entrance was very polite and helpful. Everything looked clean in the room as well as in the public areas. The breakfast had great variety and the staff working there were extremely efficient topping up the food and cleaning the area, despite how busy it was.

This hotel is in a brilliant location, we were able to walk and see the city. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was super clean. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and replenished often. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replenished. Would highly recommend a stay here for a city break.
